Why it pays to be a competitive parent
It’s something I write about sometimes on my blog, but until now I’ve yet to write anywhere else about it.
Hypermobility.
My daughter’s very bendy. So bendy in fact that she didn’t walk until about a week before her 2nd birthday. Hypermobility Syndrome and hypermobile joints are actually quite common – but there’s still relatively little known about it. Or at least, there’s still very little commonly known about it.
That’s why I was so pleased when Parentdish commissioned me to write a feature about Hypermobility Syndrome and why I wish I’d taken less of a laid back approach to my daughter’s physical milestones.
You can read the feature here.
