Taking on Cycletta with Heart Wiltshire

This Sunday I shall be donning a pair of padded cycling shorts and taking to my bike.

I’m joining the Cycletta event at Wiltshire’s Lydiard Park with Heart. It’s a 40k route, with snack stations and drinks stops along the way. But the thing I’m most looking forward to (I’m such a girl) is the Pamper Zone at the end. Free massage, manicure and helmet hair rescue remedy? Thank you very much!

The lovely people at Mitchells Cycles have lent me a rather swanky bike to negotiate the course on. It’s one of those road bikes with really thin wheels and a mean looking seat. Needless to say, big pants and a cushion in my shorts is a necessity.
